About Us
C32 is built around senior operators, not a pyramid of junior consultants. Our clients work directly with people who have sat in the same seats they’re trying to hire or support: CEO, COO, CTO, CPO, CMO, and board member.
How we’re different
- Deep tech, not surface‑level – We’ve architected and shipped platforms in AI/ML, geospatial analytics, SaaS, IoT, and data infrastructure—not just advised from the outside.
- Investor‑grade judgment – We’ve supported 9 exits and 50+ transformations, so our recommendations are grounded in how deals are underwritten, monitored, and exited.
- Cross‑functional by design – We move comfortably across product, engineering, finance, GTM, and people, translating between founders, engineers, CFOs, and investment committees.
