How we work

We design our work so investors, founders, and teams can see exactly how technology turns into enterprise value—and who does what, when.

Our operating model

We follow a simple, repeatable three‑stage model that you can plug into a deal, a portfolio company, or a founder‑led business:

  1. Assess – Reveal risks, upside, and feasibility
  2. Design – Build a clear value‑creation blueprint
  3. Execute – Lead or support delivery with your teams

Each stage can stand alone, or roll into the next.

1. Assess – See the truth

We start with a focused diagnostic or technical due diligence sprint.
That can include:

  • Architecture, codebase, data, AI/ML, security, DevOps, and team review
  • Product and roadmap realism vs. customer and market needs
  • How tech choices show up in margin, opex, capex, reliability, and churn

You get a clear red / yellow / green view of risk and upside, plus a concise summary that investors, boards, and CEOs can act on.

2. Design – Build the value‑creation plan

Next, we turn findings into a 90‑day and 12‑month value‑creation plan.
We:

  • Prioritize platform, product, process, and team changes
  • Tie each initiative to EBITDA, growth, or risk reduction
  • Define simple metrics, milestones, and owners

The result is a practical playbook that investors and operators can actually agree on—and execute.

3. Execute – Make it real

Then we stay involved at the level you need—fractional CTO/COO, advisor to the CEO, or board‑level partner.

We help:

  • Clarify and sequence the roadmap
  • Fix delivery bottlenecks and stabilize operations
  • Hire or level up key leaders and stand up the dashboards and operating rhythm investors rely on

Engagements typically start with a 2–6 week Assess/Design phase, with 3–12 months of fractional leadership or advisory support to drive the plan.

How we collaborate with you

We aim to be small, senior, and embedded, not a large consulting team that disappears after a report.

You can expect:

  • Direct access to a senior operator – not layers of junior staff
  • Candor and practicality – clear trade‑offs, not buzzwords
  • Co‑ownership of outcomes – we measure our work by investor and company results, not slide count

Who we work with:

  • Private equity firms and growth investors
  • Corporate M&A and strategy teams
  • Venture‑backed and founder‑led technology companies

If you’re looking at a complex software, data, or AI business and asking, “Can this become durable enterprise value—and how?”, this is the work we do.
